Safety is the mainstay of everything we do, and the foundation of great experiences.
Before the trip, we go through the security procedures and everyone gets dressed up with a flight suit, float vest and alpine goggles.
All of the required safety equipment from the Norwegian Maritime Directorate is of course included in the boat.
Some key words to keep in mind ahead of time:
General: All tours are adapted to the wishes of the guests. RIB tours are fun for both younger and older, and we find that the most skeptical often smile the widest after the end of the tour!
RIB stands for Rigid Inflatable Boat, and is very stable and seaworthy.
We have 2 solid RIBs; a Gemini 1050 (34 ft) and a Skipper NC100S (33 ft).
Both are equipped with 2 x 300 HP motor, which provides powers galore.
The boats can accommodate 12 passengers each, so we can travel with up to 24 people at the same time.
PS; If you are more than 24, we have partners who can provide more boats.
We run RIB throughout Hordaland and further beyond, but have our base in the south at Sotra outside Bergen, near Panorama Hotel and Resort.
Here it is a short distance to the sea, Austevoll and the fjords south and west of Bergen.
Whether you want to be picked up in Bergen city center, Flesland quay or elsewhere - we will get where you want.

In cooperation with Panorama Hotell we can offer trips out to the lighthouse located on the outermost islet in the sea gap west of Bergen. Here you can get a guided tour and some history. A taste of local food and beer is also a highlight here!

At the far end of Sotra you will find the old trading town of Glesvær and Glesvær Kafè. It offers food and drinks in a cosy setting. We are happy to take you out by sea from Bergen, or wherever you want to be picked up by RIB! More info about Glesvær: Click here.
A few nautical miles south of Bergen we find Austevoll and idyllic Bekkjarvik, with Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri in the heart of the warm harbour. Here you can enjoy the most delicious dishes from the master kitchen of the Johannessen family!

On the idyllic Tysnes south of Bergen and Os we find Haaheim Gaard. A wonderful gem a short distance from the port of Uggdal, slightly up the mountainside with a lovely sea view to the west, and mountain scenery to the east. Lovely surroundings, fantastic local food and nice hosting!
