5. Terms of purchase

Selger er Kystopplevelser AS, og betegnes i det følgende som selger/selgeren. Kjøper er den forbrukeren som foretar bestillingen, og betegnes i det følgende som kjøper/kjøperen.

6. Subscription and Membership

Ditt medlemskap gir tilgang til Kystopplevelser AS's fasiliteter og tjenester. Du vil få tilgang fra kjøpsøyeblikket. Abonnementet har ingen bindingstid og kan når som helst avbrytes enten med å kontakte Kystopplevelser AS på post@kyst-opplevelser.noeller ved å avbryte abonnementet i Vipps under administrer abonnement. Etter belastning vil du få tilgang til den fulle måneden uavhengig av når i måneden du avbryter. Du har 14 dagers angrerett og kontakt oss på [email] for en refundering hvis du ikke er fornøyd. 7. Booking

When booking you get access to the location or activated at the moment of booking, in case of cancellation close to the booking moment the booking will not be automatically refunded. Payment is made at the time of booking and is considered as delivered when the visit starts. You can request a refund or adjustment if you made an incorrect booking as long as it happens in time before the visit was due to start.

Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available by phone 23 400 500 or www.radet.no.
